Greg Schadt; more than 40 years as a glass and metal artist in Phoenix and Sedona, Arizona.

My career began with the idea of slumping a glass bowl into a vessel, which took me from a small garage working space to a 12,000 square foot studio where I created a national sink/basin line.  In order to create larger pieces of home decor, I designed and built a massive 7x15 foot kiln as well as a glass blowing studio.  In this rich environment I was able to design large and intricate sculptures combining glass, metal and color calling upon my skills in glass blowing, kiln casting, welding and sand blasting.

Public sculptures were commissioned by the Scottsdale Design Center, the Phoenix Arizona Center, the Arizona Biltmore, the City of Goodyear, and the Mescalero Apache Tribe for the Inn of the Mountain Gods Casino.
